We have really enjoyed our first year as fractional owner of a Bear Lake Cabin. It Really has Worked for us. We had entertained the Cabin idea for 10 years and had purchased a lot, but couldn't turn the numbers to build on our own. The fractional ownership appealed to us both dollar wise and having a place now that we could enjoy right now. It has been a memory maker for our family. We never thought about owning a cabin, as we knew it was out of reach for us. When some freiends called us about participating with them in a fractional owner cabin we worried about who the other owners would be. Would they have the same desired uses for the cabin as we did? Mark did for us, what we never thought would be possible as he put together cabin partners who have become our friends. We have found shared interests and enjoyment with the other families of the cabin. The weekly shedule has worked out very well.
